Safeguarding Wealth, Empowering Growth, Shaping the Future.

每一个家庭的处境都不一样。有人在为退休后的现金流做准备,有人在思考公司账上的钱该如何安放,也有人开始考虑如何把一生积累妥善地交到下一代手中。

IRISKY WEALTH 为个人、家庭与企业主提供六个方向的规划服务。它们并非彼此独立——一份好的方案,往往是这几个方向共同作用的结果。六项服务的顺序是:财富规划、税务规划、保险规划、企业主专项方案、退休规划、家族传承。

1 · Wealth Planning

In short: Before any decision, get a clear view of the whole picture.

Who it's for: Families newly settled in Canada who need to organize their overall financial structure, and clients whose circumstances have shifted — a promotion, a property sale, a corporate dividend, an inheritance.

What we do: We start with your income structure, assets and liabilities, tax residency, risk tolerance, and long-term goals, and build a clear, workable plan from there. No products are involved at this stage. The only question we're answering is: given where you are, what deserves attention first.

Questions we can help you answer:

Where is the largest gap in my current financial picture?
In what order should I address the decisions in front of me?
What should I be preparing for over the next five to ten years?

2 · Tax Planning

In short: How quickly wealth grows often depends less on what you earn than on what you keep.

Who it's for: High-income individuals, business owners, and families with cross-border assets or cross-border tax residency — particularly those approaching a taxable event such as a disposition, a corporate distribution, or an estate transfer.

What we do: Within the Canadian tax framework, we use compliant structures and planning tools to reduce overall tax exposure and improve long-term efficiency. This covers income splitting, tax-sheltered growth, the boundary between corporate and personal holdings, and the tax consequences of transferring assets.

Questions we can help you answer:

How can retained earnings in my corporation be structured more efficiently?
Have I used the sheltered room available to me?
What would the tax cost be if I transferred assets to my children today — and is there a better route?

We work alongside your accountant and lawyer on matters requiring tax filing or legal opinion.

3 · Insurance Planning

In short: Insurance is not a product purchase. It is certainty, structured around your family's obligations.

Who it's for: Primary income earners, families carrying a mortgage or education costs, and clients who want protection alongside stable long-term growth.

What we do: We build coverage around your family's obligations, asset structure, income, and health — including life insurance, critical illness and health coverage, and participating whole life. Participating policies combine lifetime protection with cash value that accumulates steadily over time, which is why they anchor the structure for many of the families we work with.

Questions we can help you answer:

How much coverage do I need, and is my current coverage sufficient?
Term or permanent — which fits my situation?
What can the cash value in a participating policy be used for later on?

4 · Business Owner Solutions

In short: Corporate money and family money call for two different frameworks.

Who it's for: Owners of Canadian corporations, professional corporations (physicians, lawyers, accountants), and families running an operating business.

What we do: We design corporate-level insurance and financial structures addressing the tax efficiency of retained earnings, shareholder risk, the separation of corporate and family assets, and how business value passes to the next generation. For clients with capital-efficiency requirements, we also assess the suitability of structured arrangements such as immediate financing (IFA).

Questions we can help you answer:

What can be done with capital accumulating in the corporation?
If a shareholder dies unexpectedly, what happens to the shares?
One child will run the business and one will not — how do I structure this fairly?

5 · Retirement Planning

In short: The real question is not how much you've accumulated, but whether it lasts.

Who it's for: Families ten to twenty years from retirement who are planning seriously, and clients at or near retirement who need to sequence their withdrawals.

What we do: We project your income needs in retirement, plan the accumulation and withdrawal sequence across RRSP, TFSA, and corporate sources to reduce tax at the drawdown stage, and use guaranteed instruments to place a floor under essential expenses. The goal is straightforward: retirement income that is predictable rather than dependent on market conditions.

Questions we can help you answer:

Based on what I've accumulated, what can I draw each year?
Should I draw from my RRSP or my TFSA first?
What happens if I live to ninety-five?

6 · Wealth Succession

In short: Succession is not simply handing wealth over. It is keeping it intact, and keeping it in the family.

Who it's for: Families planning for children or grandchildren, clients holding multiple properties or corporate shares, and families with members living outside Canada.

What we do: Through insurance, beneficiary design, estate structuring, and policy ownership arrangements, we work to reduce the tax and legal cost of transferring assets, avoid the delays of probate, and limit the potential for disagreement among family members. Succession planning also involves something harder to structure: bringing two generations to a shared understanding of what the wealth is for.

Questions we can help you answer:

What will my estate actually pass through, and what will it lose along the way?
My children live abroad — how does that change things?
How do I provide for my family without leaving a dispute behind?
